A genuine conversation about your project — not a sales pitch
Most AI agencies will ask you to fill in a form and wait. We take a different approach. Every consultation is led by one of our PhD-level scientists who understands your data, your regulatory environment, and the specific challenges of building AI for a GMP or GLP setting.
You don't need a fully formed brief. Many of our best projects started with nothing more than a problem someone wanted to solve. We'll help you figure out whether AI is the right tool, what approach makes sense, and what a realistic scope looks like.
- We listen first. You'll spend most of the call talking about your workflow, your data, and your constraints — not listening to us talk about ourselves.
- Honest assessment. If AI isn't the right solution for your problem, we'll tell you. We'd rather give you useful advice than oversell a project that won't deliver.
- Regulatory fluency. We'll discuss GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU AI Act implications, and validation approach as a matter of course — not as an afterthought.
- A clear next step. You'll leave the call with a clear picture of what's feasible, a rough sense of scope, and a proposed next step — whether that's a prototype, a proposal, or simply more information.

Common questions
Do I need a fully formed project brief?
No. Many of our projects start with a problem statement rather than a specification. If you know there's a workflow you want to improve or a dataset you want to do more with, that's enough to start the conversation.
Who will I be speaking to?
Your consultation will be led by a member of our scientific team — PhD-level scientists and software engineers with direct experience in pharmaceutical and biotech environments. Not a sales representative.
How long does the consultation take?
We schedule 30 minutes. Some calls run longer if the project is complex — but we'll always follow your lead on time.
Is my data and project information confidential?
Completely. We're happy to sign an NDA before the call if required — just mention it in your submission and we'll arrange this before we speak.
What happens after the consultation?
If there's a clear fit, we'll follow up with a written summary of our proposed approach and a high-level scope estimate. There's no commitment on your side at that point — it's information for you to evaluate at your own pace.
