We’re delighted to welcome onboard and announce the appointment of a new Head of Sales and Business Development and a new Head of Technical Services to support our growth in the US and worldwide.
We have appointed Dr Steven Dodd as Head of Sales and Business Development and Dave Miller has been appointed as Head of Technical Services. Their appointments signal our ambition to explore new markets and expand further into the regulated pharma industry.
Steven brings both educational and professional experience to his new role, he holds a BSc Hons in Pharmacology and Human Physiology, a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and a PhD in Cancer Biology.
He will be drawing on his experience in capital equipment sales to support our global customer base, as he demonstrates how our software solutions can help to solve the challenges researchers/industry faces concerning reproducibility, 21 CFR part 11 compliance and automation.
Dave Miller has decades of experience within the life science industry. A software engineer by training, he spent 9 years working for Nonlinear Dynamics. For the past decade, he has been working in medical device development, with responsibility for quality systems and laboratory management.
Working with us Dave will be responsible for managing internal processes, quality control and developing our software. He will be applying his knowledge of US regulations and his compliance experience to expand our 21 CFR part 11 compliant GxP software into the life sciences sector and other regulated industries, such as manufacturing.
Commenting on his appointment Dr Steven Dodd, Head of Sales and Business Development said: “It’s a really exciting time to be joining the company, we’ve recently rebranded and launched a brand-new website which will go some way to support our plans of raising awareness of our software on an international scale.
“We’re also going to be attending more events worldwide, including Analytica in Munich which will support us in reaching core markets. And with Dave also joining the team we’re in a great position to push ahead with product developments that will support our customers in being FDA compliant as well as saving time and improving the reproducibility and reliability of their results.”
